To access and/or use Mailman, you acknowledge and agree:

• To the terms and conditions of this agreement and the Privacy Policy;
• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are capable of forming a binding contract; and
• You are not prohibited from using Mailman under the laws of the United States, or any other applicable jurisdiction.

Consent to Use of Personal Information

Mailman will process your personal information in order to provide the service to you.

You represent and warrant that you have complied with all applicable laws and received the proper consent to allow Mailman to collect and process such information to operate the service.

Prohibited Uses

Among the many things that you may not do, you may not use Mailman to:

• Violate any law or regulation, including any actions that may result in criminal, civil, administrative or regulatory liability or fines;
• Post or share illegal or inappropriate content, including material that may be defamatory, obscene, harassing, offensive, fraudulent, objectionable or infringing;
• Transmit any disruptive or harmful software or data;
• Send any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising;
• Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with Mailman;
• Reproduce, modify, resell, license, or provide unauthorized access to Mailman;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble in any way the software;
• Engage in unauthorized or automated access, monitoring, or interference of Mailman computers, systems or networks;
• Use Mailman for general archiving or backup purposes; or
• Encourage or enable any other individual to do any of the above or otherwise violate this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Mailman is provided as-is, without any express or implied warranty, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
