Mailman's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Processing Emails: We send email subjects to OpenAI for AI processing to categorize emails. Mailman will not use your personal information for any other purpose.

Sharing of Personal Information

We send email subjects to OpenAI for AI processing of email. Per OpenAI policies, OpenAI will not use data submitted via API to train or improve their models.

Data sent to OpenAPI will be retained for abuse and misuse monitoring purposes for a maximum of 30 days, after which it will be deleted (unless otherwise required by law).

We may share your personal information with third parties for legal reasons without your consent, as required by law, such as:

• To comply with a subpoena, court order, law, regulation, or legal process in the United States;
• To protect or defend against attacks;
• To enforce or remedy our Terms of Service or other agreement; or
